The ABC Board Receiving Unit is responsible for receiving trailer shipments from vendors as scheduled on the docking schedule. This series contains Receiving Unloading Sheets, completed by the Supervisor of the Receiving Unit, to provide information on trailer loads received by the warehouse. The sheet includes date, trailer number and codes, number of cases unloaded, and total cases on each load. This form is used by the warehouse office data entry personnel as a source document to generate the Unloading Reports (series S-54-56) and Daily Warehouse Inventory Reports (series S-54-58).
